Steel Reinforcing Mesh

Steel reinforcing welded wire mesh panel  is a steel reinforcement material in concrete. The mesh is used for replacing the traditional "cut & bend" and placing of steel thermo-mechanical treated bars. The mesh is an electric fusion welded prefabricated reinforcement consisting of a series of parallel longitudinal wires with accurate spacing welded to cross wires at the required spacing. Machines are used to produce the mesh with precise dimensional control. The product results in considerable savings in time, labour and money.

Product Description

Concrete Reinforcing Mesh is a welded wire mesh panel composed of longitudinal steel bars and transverse steel bars arranged at a certain distance and right angles. All the intersections are welded together.

Welded reinforcing wire mesh has a uniform mesh and good welding quality. The mechanical properties of the steel bars before and after welding are almost unchanged. It has a flat surface and a solid and stable structure, which can improve the adhesion of concrete and minimize the cracking of concrete due to the shrinkage of concrete.

Concrete reinforcing mesh is a multi-purpose construction mesh panel, widely used to the reinforcement of road surfaces, masonry walls, and concrete structures in the building. In addition, it can also be used as a large animal fence, isolation cage, or various fences.

Materials

The main material of Concrete Reinforcing Mesh is cold rolled ribbed steel bar.

Types of Reinforcing Mesh

Ribbed Square Reinforcing Mesh
The square reinforcing mesh is a universal galvanized grid plate, which is manufactured of high-quality ribbed steel rebars and is used for flat concrete reinforcement. The L-grade ribbed steel rebars are welded together at equal intervals to form a square hole pattern.

Ribbed square reinforcing mesh is a multifunctional reinforcing fabric used in modern concrete structures. Widely used in reinforced concrete slabs for driveways, patios, pavement areas, sheds, precast panels, and other flat concrete elements.
All the ribbed square mesh produced by Dongfu can be manufactured according to the quality standards of different countries and regions, and different sizes can be manufactured according to your specific requirements.

Ribbed Rectangular Reinforcing Mesh
Rectangular reinforcing mesh is also manufactured from L-grade ribbed rebars (D500L) that are welded together with different spacing in each direction to form a rectangular grid.

This mesh is used for reinforcing thin concrete elements such as floor slabs and walls, patios, tilt-up slabs, and other industrial or warehouse applications, where more strength is required in one direction than the other.

Our Rectangular Rib Mesh comes in standard sheet sizes with different longitudinal wire options ranging from 6.75m to 11.9mm. And supports customization of multiple quality standards, contact us if you require specific sizes to meet your requirements.

Trench Mesh
Trench mesh reinforcing mesh sheets are manufactured for the purpose of residential footing trenches and/or industrial building concrete footing and beam reinforcement.

The main material used is Grade D500L Ribbed Reinforcement Wire. Different Longitudinal wires sizes are available from 7.6mm to 11.9mm. Cross wires are spaced at 300mm centers. And have dimensions of 6m lengths and widths of different sizes including 200mm to 600mm.

Trench mesh common uses include rock walls, brick walls and house footings and used specifically for residential footing trenches.

All trench meshes manufactured by us comply with AS/NZS 4671-2001 Steel Reinforcing Materials and support customization of special specifications and sizes.
